Through the provision of program leadership, procurement strategy and PMO management, we supported <strong>the delivery of a safe, secure and environmentally responsible solution for dismantling of decommissioned assets<\/strong>.\u00a0 Our work included the formation of the program blueprint, scheduling, risk management, requirements management, the through-life management plan and the development of a cost model.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Our work to establish and develop the program management function led to a <strong>significant improvement <\/strong>in <strong>PMO and project management capability and performance<\/strong> for our
